Since 2016, we’ve been partnering with schools across Australia to deliver programs that go beyond the curriculum. Real-world. Hands-on. Built to stick.
Our two hero brands are TRIPOD Enterprise Education, delivering dynamic programs for secondary students from Years 7 to 12, and MiniBOSS Incursions, designed for primary students from Foundation to Year 6. Together, we’ve worked with more than 500 schools and reached over 200,000 students across the country.
What we actually do
We design and deliver incursion and capability programs that give students the chance to think, create, problem-solve, and collaborate.
Every program is built around a single destination: the Future Ready Human. A student who leads with critical thinking, creative confidence, social and collaborative skills, resilience, and real-world enterprise capability. These aren’t buzzwords. They’re the skills students will draw on in every job, relationship, and challenge they face.
To get there, we use DRIVE, our evidence-backed learning engine that runs through every program we deliver. It’s how we teach. It’s why it works.
From half-day experiences to term-long projects, every session is designed to move students closer to that destination. We don’t just run activities. We build capability.
For teachers and school leaders
We know your time is tight and your plate is full. Our programs are designed to integrate seamlessly into your school calendar, with clear curriculum alignment, full facilitator support, and minimal setup burden on your team.
Every program comes with resources your teachers can actually use: facilitator guides, student workbooks, pre and post-incursion materials, and curriculum maps. Because a great incursion shouldn’t end when we pack up and leave.
What is Enterprise Education?
Enterprise Education is learning that mirrors the real world. Students take on challenges, make decisions, pitch ideas, and work in teams, developing the transferable skills that matter to future employers, communities, and to themselves.
It’s not about turning every student into an entrepreneur. It’s about giving every student the confidence and capability to back themselves.
Our Facilititators
Many of our facilitators have extensive teaching, facilitating and acting experience and work closely with our development teams to design, create and deliver our programs. All our facilitators have a current working with children check and operate under our company’s professional Code of Conduct.
