We specialise in Enterprise Education and provide real-world experiences.
Driving positive learning outcomes
Our trading company Driven Outcomes Pty Ltd encompasses our two main divisions;
1. Tripod Enterprise Education which we launched in 2016 and operates programs in secondary schools
2. MiniBOSS Incursions which we launched 2017 with specialist incursions designed for primary school children
Based in Abbotsford, Melbourne the business is owned and managed by the company’s two founders and directors, Betsy Tolmer and Marita D’Amico. We deliver programs to schools and organisations across Victoria with plans to expand nationally on the horizon.
Our vision comes from a passion to drive positive learning outcomes for schools, teachers, organisations and young Australians of all ages through the delivery of high quality and high-level programs, delivered by our talented and engaging team of facilitators.
We began our journey in 2016 with the launch of “The Pitch” with 45 students and one willing teacher. Since then we have designed and created over 20 programs, worked with 100s of inspiring teachers and had the privilege of working with over 60,000 students of all ages.
Our mission is to provide students of all ages with valuable resources, highly relevant and inspiring content and key transferrable skills, so that they can achieve their aspirations beyond the classroom with confidence, resilience, creativity and agency.
What is Enterprise Education?
Enterprise Education is a model of learning that contributes to the self-development of young people. Through engaging in learning activities that mimic elements of the real world, students are given the opportunity to explore how their transferable skills and knowledge can be applied in the future. Our creative, enterprise-based incursions foster teamwork, communication and many other skills useful now and in the future as well as with potential employers.
