School Holiday Program Facilitator
We're looking for high-energy facilitators to run our holiday programs during school holidays. You'll thrive in this role if you love performing, thinking on your feet, and keeping big groups of kids engaged and having fun.
You'll guide up to 50 kids through a themed 2-hour holiday program, then jump in the car and drive to a second venue to do it all again. No two sessions feel the same, with different games, themes, and energy each time. Expect paid travel time, full training, and a fun, high-energy team around you all day.
In-Term School Incursion Facilitator
We're looking for passionate facilitators to deliver hands-on incursion programs to schools across Victoria during term time. Ideal candidates have experience working with children, strong facilitation skills, and confidence leading a classroom-sized group through a structured program.
One day you're running a Shark Tank-style entrepreneurial session, the next you're helping kids record their first podcast episode, and another you're facilitating impactful conversations about leadership. You'll travel to a different school each day, meet a fresh group of students, and guide them through a full hands-on program from start to finish.
