Five facilitated Hours of Power for Years 7–12, each built around a real challenge your students are navigating right now. Practical, high-energy sessions that slot into your timetable.
The Five Programs
1. The Game Plan
Helps young people recognise the choices they're already making, build confidence in who they want to become, and create a practical game plan for success in school, relationships, work and life.
2. Mapping Tomorrow
Empowers students to choose subjects with confidence, explore their strengths, and make informed decisions about the pathways and opportunities ahead of them.
3. The Pitch
Equips young people with the interview skills, confidence and communication tools they need to step into the world of work ready to impress.
4. Present It
Gives students the tools, strategies and confidence to become engaging public speakers, whether they're delivering an English oral, speaking at assembly or presenting in the real world.
5. Preparing for Work Experience
Supports students to approach work experience with purpose, helping them explore future pathways, build workplace confidence and take their first meaningful step into the world of work.

Built around your students, not a generic script
Before we show up, we want to know who we're showing up for. Our optional pre-program student survey takes just a few minutes and gives us real insight into what your cohort is curious about, worried about and excited for, so we can tailor the session to land where it matters most.
It also gives you something useful. A snapshot of where your students are at right now, in their own words, before a facilitator sets foot in the room.
Each Future Ready program is designed to run in 60 minutes, making it easy to fit into a standard timetable. Sessions can also be extended to 75 or 90 minutes for deeper exploration. Book one program or build a series. We'll help you find the right fit for your year level and timetable.

Our standard format. A focused, high-impact session that fits neatly into a single class period. - Deep Dive (75–90 minutes)
A longer-format session for deeper exploration or coverage of multiple topics.
Prices start from $12 per student plus GST for a 60 minute session.
Minimum numbers apply. Package rates are available for multiple year level bookings and whole-of-school programs.

Program Information
Each program in the Future Ready suite is built around real-world application. Sessions are fast-paced, facilitated and designed to feel relevant to where young people are right now.
Programs are delivered by TRIPOD's trained facilitation team and are suitable for Years 7–12. Content can be adjusted to suit the maturity and context of your cohort, whether you're working with Year 7s navigating subject selection or Year 12s preparing to step into the workforce.
Future Ready programs are curriculum-aligned and can contribute to your school's careers education framework, student wellbeing program or VCE vocational pathways planning.
