Think. Solve. Build
Hackathon

Hackathon

Students work in teams to spot a real problem, dream up a solution, build it and pitch it — all in one action-packed session. A fast-paced challenge that gets young minds thinking, creating and working together.

Big Thinking, Big Fun

Can your students solve real problems, think on their feet, work as a team and share their ideas with confidence? Our Hackathon turns curiosity into action through a high-energy, curriculum-aligned experience that is low-prep for teachers and unforgettable for students.

Students move through five exciting stages: they form their team, work out the real problem, brainstorm ideas, build their concept, and then present it to a panel of judges. It's hands-on, screen-free, and buzzing with energy from start to finish.

What Students Will Do

  • Drop In — form teams and open the sealed Hackathon Box to discover their challenge
  • Decode — work out the real problem: who it affects and what needs to change
  • Design — brainstorm together to generate, group, vote and choose their best idea
  • Develop — bring their idea to life and make it even better with feedback from the room
  • Deliver — pitch their solution to the judges and celebrate what they've created

We bring everything: Hackathon Boxes, student workbooks, pitch materials and all the resources needed to run the day. Teachers can simply show up and join in the fun alongside us. Pre and post-lesson packs are included to extend the learning even further.
